Verflix Terms Of Use

1. Introduction

1.1 Objective: This user service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "The agreement") is for the purpose of specifying the terms and conditions of use of Verflix software and its related services (hereinafter referred to as "The services"), and your rights and obligations as a user of the service.

1.2 Scope: This agreement applies to all users who register and use the Verflix service. The use of Verflix means that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms of this agreement.

2. User Registration and Account Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.1.1 True Information: When you register for a Verflix account, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information and ensure that this information is kept up to date throughout your use of the service. Providing false information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

2.1.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including but not limited to protecting your username and password. You are responsible for any unauthorized use of your account and should immediately notify the Verflix customer support team.

3. Content of Services

3.1 Video Organization and Management

3.1.1 Uploading Video: You can upload videos via Verflix, and we will provide you with secure storage to ensure that your video content is properly preserved.

3.1.2 Duration-Based Sorting: Verflix automatically categorizes your local videos based on their duration (e.g., 0-15s, 15-60s, >60s) to help you quickly discover specific moments.

3.1.3 Video Playback: You can play your saved videos through the Verflix immersive player. We provide a distraction-free playback experience, including gesture controls for fast-forwarding and rewinding.

3.2 Video Manipulation

3.2.1 Editing: In the top right corner of the video playback page, you can click the "Edit" button to go to the edit page to modify the video. You can update the video title, time, character, description and other information at any time.

3.2.2 Delete Function: If you no longer need a video, you can click the "Delete" button to delete the video document directly. The delete operation is irreversible, so proceed with caution.

4. User Rights and Obligations

4.1 User Rights

4.1.1 Access to Services: You have the right to use all the services provided by Verflix, including video saving, editing, playing, etc.

6.1 Intellectual Property Rights of Verflix: All intellectual property rights in Verflix and related services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, etc., are owned by Verflix. 6.2 Intellectual Property Rights of User Content: The intellectual property of the video content you upload to Verflix and its associated metadata is yours. You grant Verflix a limited, non-exclusive license to provide and optimize services.

7. Exemption Clauses

7.1 Interruption of Services: Verflix does its best to ensure the stability and availability of the service, but does not guarantee that it will not be interrupted or failsafe. Verflix is not responsible for service interruptions or delays due to force majeure, network failures, third-party service issues, etc.

7.2 Content Responsibility: You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of the video content and associated metadata uploaded to Verflix. Verflix assumes no responsibility for content uploaded by users, but reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates this agreement or any laws or regulations.

7.3 Third Party Services: Verflix may integrate with third-party services to provide a better user experience. When you use these third-party services, you will be subject to third-party terms of use and privacy policies. Verflix assumes no responsibility for the actions or content of third-party services.

8. Dispute Settlement

8.1 Applicable Law: The interpretation and application of this agreement and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the law.

8.2 Mode of Dispute Settlement: If any dispute arises between you and Verflix regarding the use of this agreement or service, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation. When negotiations fail, either party can file a lawsuit with the People's Court in the jurisdiction of Verflix's location.
